Suavey SMS Integration

Real estate agents often receive a new Suavey lead while they are inspecting a property or speaking with another buyer. The lead can sit in a queue until someone remembers to make contact, and a promising prospect may receive a slower response than planned. Suavey’s New Lead trigger can start a Zap as soon as a lead is captured.

Through Zapier, that event can run Mobile Message’s Send SMS action, using the lead’s phone number and available details to send a short acknowledgement or next-step message. You can instead use Create Contact or Add Contact to List when the priority is building a messaging audience for later follow-up. Mobile Message can also send an SMS to a list if the lead should be included in a defined group.
