About the Storydoc integration

Can a text reply from a prospect create a new Storydoc version?

Yes. Connect Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger to Storydoc's Create a New Story Version action in a Zap, and a reply from a prospect creates a fresh, personalised version of their story ready for the rep to send on.

Does the new Storydoc version get texted straight back to the prospect?

No. The Zap only creates the new story version, it does not send it. You'd add a separate Send SMS step from Mobile Message if you want the prospect to receive a text about the update.

How do I set up Storydoc with Mobile Message?
