Once an item is approved in Pepper, a Zap can text the client or the assigned reviewer straight away, so the next step starts the same day instead of whenever someone next checks their inbox. The same trigger can also alert an internal editor that a piece is ready to schedule, without a second look at Pepper itself.

There is no back and forth here, because Pepper Content does not offer an action for Mobile Message to trigger, so the connection runs one way only, from an approval in Pepper to a text through Mobile Message. Setting it up takes a Zapier account linked to both platforms and no code, just a choice of who should receive the text when the next item is approved.
