A flow finishes running in ContentBot and a fresh piece of content is ready to go, but nobody outside the tool knows until they log back in to check. Publishing a document or a flow inside ContentBot does not, on its own, tell anyone waiting on the finished draft that it exists. Content that is ready to move forward sits there silently until someone notices it, and by then a deadline might have passed.

Connected to Mobile Message through Zapier, both of those events can become a text instead. A document published from a flow can trigger a message to the writer or client waiting on it, and publishing a document directly can do the same for whoever needs to review or approve the finished copy, so the next step starts sooner. The team gets a notification on their phone the moment the content is ready, cutting out the manual log-in to check whether the draft exists and what stage it is at.
