About the Stated integration

Document teams using Stated often need to know when a shared page has been viewed, a question has been asked or a new AI-ready document is available. Without a prompt, a recipient’s interest can pass unnoticed and a useful follow-up may be delayed. Mobile Message can bring selected Stated events to a person or team by SMS.

Document Viewed can notify an account manager when someone opens a shared document link. Question Asked can alert the person responsible for answering, while New Document Ready can tell a team that processing has finished. DataStory Ready and Narrate Video Ready can also send notifications containing available shareable links. Mobile Message can send SMS, send SMS to a list, create a contact or add a contact to a list.

Yes. Document Viewed can trigger Send SMS in Mobile Message. If Stated captures viewer information, you can map the available location, email or document details into an internal follow-up message.

Can a question about a Stated document alert a team?

Yes. Question Asked can trigger Send SMS to List. Select the Mobile Message list for the people who handle document questions and include the available question and document fields.

How do I connect Stated activity with Mobile Message?
