A SaaS team creates a new organisation in SSOJet and needs its account owner or operations team to know immediately. Without an alert, the new tenant can wait in the administration queue while staff check the dashboard manually. A Zapier connection can send a plain-text SMS through Mobile Message whenever SSOJet reports that an organisation has been created.

Create New Organization is the available SSOJet trigger. It can start Mobile Message Send SMS for a direct alert, or Send SMS to List when provisioning staff share responsibility for new tenants. The message can include the organisation name and other fields made available by SSOJet, giving the recipient enough context to open the right account. Mobile Message can also Create Contact, although the useful complete workflow here is usually the immediate notification of the new organisation. This connection does not provision users, update SSOJet, or synchronise organisation records. SSOJet remains the system for enterprise SSO and SCIM activity, while Mobile Message delivers the selected SMS. Zapier sits between the two services and runs the workflow when the trigger event occurs.
