An event organiser may see a new RSVP arrive while preparing the venue, guest list and reminder schedule. SpreadEvent’s New RSVP trigger can start a Mobile Message SMS through Zapier, giving an attendee a confirmation or helping the organiser keep registration communication moving without copying details by hand.

RSVP Cancelled can alert a coordinator or send a cancellation acknowledgement, while New Event Created can notify a team when a new event is ready. Mobile Message can create a contact or add an attendee to a list when SpreadEvent supplies the required number. SpreadEvent also offers Create RSVP, Create Event and Update Event, but the clearest customer-facing Zaps begin with its event triggers and finish with a message or contact record in Mobile Message. Include the event name, date, venue and relevant next step in plain text. Zapier passes the selected event data between the accounts, but it does not create a native two-way sync. A later change in an RSVP or event must be handled by its own workflow. Test cancellations and new RSVPs separately so each recipient receives the intended message.
