Can a customer's text reply flag a mistake in our database?

Yes. When a customer texts back to correct something like an address or phone number, that reply can raise a data issue in SORT so someone reviews it. Nothing gets changed automatically, the text just starts the review process.

Does a text reply update our database straight away?

No. The database change request action creates a pending request rather than an instant change, so a change request drafted from an SMS reply still needs a person to approve it before anything updates in your database.

How do I set up SORT with Mobile Message without any code?

You link the two accounts inside Zapier, no coding needed. Choose Inbound SMS Received as the trigger, then set create data issue or the change request action as the step it runs, and Zapier passes the message details across each time a customer replies.
