The moment an order comes through that needs a personalised video, whether that's a purchase confirmation clip or an onboarding video for a new lead, is the moment SlashedCloud's encoding job needs to start running in the background. Getting a text out at the same time means the customer isn't left wondering what happens next.

SlashedCloud sits in the middle of a Zap through its Encode a Video action, requesting an encoding job to slashed.cloud whenever an event like a new paid order or a new lead fires. Mobile Message connects on the other side through Zapier, so once the encode request goes out, a text can go straight to the customer confirming their video is being processed. SlashedCloud has no trigger of its own here, it only takes a job request and hands the Zap on, so the text always comes from Mobile Message's Send SMS action, not from SlashedCloud itself.
