Mobile Message connects on the other side through Zapier, so once the encode request goes out, a text can go straight to the customer confirming their video is being processed. SlashedCloud has no trigger of its own here, it only takes a job request and hands the Zap on, so the text always comes from Mobile Message's Send SMS action, not from SlashedCloud itself.
