SkipCalls SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with SkipCalls!
Through Zapier, Appointment Booked can trigger Mobile Message's Send SMS to confirm the booking to a customer or notify staff. Call Failed and SMS Delivery Failed can alert an operations contact, while New SMS Received can start SkipCalls' Send SMS Reply action from an incoming Mobile Message text. These are individual Zaps, not a native two-way conversation sync.
Map the conversation or appointment fields carefully, especially when using Send SMS Reply because SkipCalls requires the existing conversation context. Mobile Message sends its own plain SMS, and SkipCalls continues handling its AI calls and SMS conversations. Use only the event and action needed for each customer communication.

- SMS Delivery Failed — Triggers when an outbound SMS fails to deliver (carrier error, invalid number, blocked recipient, etc.). Use to alert on deliverability issues.
