Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with SimplyPrint!
Maintenance Job Completed can send a completion notice, while Printer Autoprint Max Cycles Reached can warn that a machine has reached an operating limit. Mobile Message can send the alert to an individual or list, and can create a contact when the event contains a suitable number. SimplyPrint’s actions can control printers and queues, but its available action list does not provide a direct way to act on an inbound Mobile Message event. The strongest workflows therefore begin with SimplyPrint and finish with a noticeable SMS. Keep the message plain text and include the printer, job, queue or maintenance detail that helps someone decide what to do. Zapier passes the selected trigger into Mobile Message, with no two-way synchronisation between the systems.
