Print production teams spend their day moving jobs through review, approval and print runs, and a lot of that movement happens while nobody is looking at a screen. Good2Go tracks each job as it gets uploaded, approved, rejected or marked done, but the people waiting on that job, the customer, the designer, the person running the press, often only find out once someone remembers to call them.

Linked to Mobile Message through Zapier, those status changes can text the right person the moment they happen. A job getting approved can text the printer that it's cleared to run, a rejection can text the designer that changes are needed, and a job marked done can text the customer that it's ready for pickup. A new upload landing in the system can text the production team a heads up before anyone opens the folder, and a job sitting unactioned until it expires can text whoever owns it before it's lost.

None of this touches the files themselves, Good2Go still handles the moving, locking and renaming of documents on its own. What changes is that the people around the job, not just the job, get told what's happening, whether that's a job waiting on approval or one that's finally ready to leave the building.
