Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Merci facteur Pro!
When Inbound SMS Received fires, it can trigger Merci Facteur Pro's Send Mail action, turning a customer's reply into a real letter posted to their address rather than another digital message. If Delivery Status Updated shows a text failed to reach someone, that same Send Mail action can post the message as a physical letter instead, so the customer isn't left without word purely because a mobile number bounced. A failed delivery can also trigger Open Support Ticket, logging the problem so someone follows it up rather than letting it disappear into a report nobody reads.
None of this replaces SMS as the main channel, it's a fallback and a follow-up option built from two events Mobile Message already tracks. For businesses that already use Merci Facteur Pro for direct mail, pairing it with Mobile Message means a bounced text or an unusual customer request doesn't need a separate manual process to handle.

- Create Address — The address created can be for a sender or a recipient. Adresses are linked to a precise user. There's is no need to create multiple time a single address, they're stored on your account. Mandatory: - "nom" or "societe" - "cp" - "ville" - "pays" "PAYS" must be in full uppercase (example: "FRANCE").
- Create New User — Creates a new user. You'll generally only need one, the one created with your Merci Facteur Pro account. (see the "Utilisateurs" tab when connected on the website).
- Delete Address — WARNING ! This operation cannot be undone. Deletes an address from your account.
- Delete Mail — WARNING ! This operation cannot be undone ! Following the status of a mail, you're request to cancel a mail could be : - rejected instantly, - rejected after a short period of time, - partially rejected (mail cancelled but still charged partially) - Fully Accepted (mail cancelled and nothing charged).
- Delete User — WARNING ! This operation cannot be undone. It won't delete the user's adress' or letters, they will stille be available on your Merci Facteur Pro account.
- Get Account Quota Details — Returns the number of shipment still available for an account this month.
- Get Address Details — Returns the details of an address from it's ID.
- Get Mail Price — Returns the price of a mail depending on specified parameters. (not needed to send a mail)
