A video review can move forward while the people responsible for it are still waiting for a useful signal. Simian gives teams a place to share, review and present video assets. Through Zapier, Mobile Message can send a text when a reel or presentation is sent, viewed or commented on, helping the next person respond at the right time.

Reel Viewed can notify an account manager that a client has watched a shared asset. Project Presentation Viewed can give a presenter a prompt to follow up while the discussion is fresh. New Comment can alert a producer or reviewer when feedback is posted on a project file. Reel Sent and Project Presentation Sent can also provide an internal confirmation that an asset has gone out.

The value is not a two-way activity feed. Each Zap starts with one Simian event and performs one Mobile Message action. Use the available project, reel or comment details in the text, and direct the recipient to Simian for the full review context. A text can be sent to one person or to a Mobile Message list, depending on who needs to act.
