Yes. SignalHub’s Contact Pushed to CRM trigger starts a Zap when a user clicks Push to CRM on a Contact record. The Zap can create a Mobile Message contact, add that person to a list, or send an SMS using the available contact information.

Can a reply in Mobile Message update SignalHub?

Mobile Message can trigger a Zap when an inbound SMS is received, but SignalHub’s available list contains no action for creating or updating contacts. A reply can therefore start a workflow only if another supported Zapier step handles the result.

What do I need to connect SignalHub and Mobile Message?
