Zapier can then create the person in Mobile Message, add them to a list, or send a tailored SMS using the details passed from SignalHub. This is useful when a contact has shown enough interest to receive a welcome message, booking prompt, or sales follow-up. You can also use Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger to start a Zap in SignalHub, but SignalHub has no listed action for creating or updating a record. The practical connection therefore centres on sending and organising contacts from SignalHub into Mobile Message, rather than keeping both systems synchronised.
