About the ShedPro integration
A New Request workflow could text the customer to confirm that the request has arrived and explain what happens next. A New Contact workflow could create the person in Mobile Message for future communication or place them on a suitable SMS list. The message can use the name, mobile number and request details available in ShedPro. ShedPro has no supplied actions, so the connection sends information from ShedPro into Mobile Message rather than writing replies back into the platform. Setup takes place through Zapier with both accounts connected. It is not a native two-way synchronisation, and you should test the fields and message wording before enabling customer notifications.
