Yes. Connect Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger to Sharly AI's Reply Message action through Zapier, and when someone texts in a question, Sharly generates an answer from the documents it has already read, without anyone opening a file to check it manually.
Can a form submission trigger an AI answer sent back by text?
It can. A new entry in Typeform or a new response in Google Forms can run Sharly's Reply Message action, and Mobile Message then texts that answer to the person who submitted it, so a question typed into a form ends up as a text in their hand.
How do I set up Sharly AI's answers to go out as Mobile Message texts?
You need a Sharly AI account, a Mobile Message account and a free Zapier account to link them. There is no coding involved, you choose a trigger, place Reply Message in the automation, and finish with Send SMS or the Inbound SMS Received trigger depending on the direction you want.
