About the Shared Contacts integration

Yes. Inbound SMS Received can trigger Shared Contacts' Create Contact action, so a person who texts in gets saved to Google Contacts without anyone typing the number in by hand. It works through a Zap connecting your Mobile Message and Shared Contacts accounts.

Will a new contact from a text be visible to my whole team?
