Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Servicedialog Chat!

A customer sends a message through Servicedialog Chat while the support team is handling another conversation. The message can be easy to miss when SMS and messenger activity sit in different places. Servicedialog Chat can start a Zap when a new message arrives, when the business opens or closes, when a conversation is snoozed, or when a message status changes.

Through Zapier, those events can run Mobile Message’s Send SMS or Send SMS to List actions. A business-opened event could notify a selected group, while a new message could send a plain text acknowledgement through Mobile Message. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can also run Servicedialog Chat’s Send Text Message action, placing a text reply into an active conversation.

This can give staff a practical hand-off between messenger conversations and SMS. It does not copy full conversations, attachments or message history between systems, and it does not create a native two-way integration. Use the conversation and recipient fields supplied by each app, avoid sending a new message from status updates where that could loop, and test the workflow before use.
