A customer texts your business number asking about an order, and by the time someone opens Sendrr's ticketing queue, there is no record of who they are or what they asked. Sendrr brings ticketing and messaging channels like SMS and RCS into one place for a support team, but a message a customer sends through Mobile Message sits outside that system until someone copies it across by hand.

Linked through Zapier, that gap closes in one direction. When a customer texts in for the first time, a contact for them can be created straight into Sendrr so the team is not chasing who is on the other end of the ticket, and a message can be sent inside Sendrr at the same time to alert whoever is on duty that someone has reached out.

The same connection covers what happens after a text leaves Mobile Message. If a message fails to deliver, the matching contact's record in Sendrr can be updated to flag the problem, or a new send schedule can be created in Sendrr so a follow up message goes out later instead of a customer who never hears back at all.
