A new order comes through in Shopify, or someone registers for an event in Eventbrite, and the confirmation page holds a link or a line of text a customer really needs by SMS. Scraptio pulls exactly that content out of a webpage, using filters to grab emails, links or specific text without anyone opening the page and copying it out by hand.

Connected to Mobile Message through Zapier, Scraptio can sit in the middle of a Zap that starts with a partner trigger and ends in a text message. An order paid in Shopify can run the Scrape Website Links action against the order page, and Mobile Message then texts the customer that link. A new Eventbrite attendee can trigger Scrape Website Texts to pull venue details from the event page for Mobile Message to send by SMS, while a Calendly booking can run Scrape Website Emails to find a contact address that Mobile Message uses to create a new contact.

None of this needs Scraptio to hold a trigger of its own, since the partner app starts the Zap and Scraptio only processes the page in between. For a business already running Shopify, Eventbrite or Calendly, the text a customer receives can carry a link or a detail pulled fresh from a webpage instead of something typed out by whoever is watching the order queue.
