A new contact may deserve a review request, while an existing contact may need a different message after their details change. Review Rover can help you act on those moments by passing contact activity into a Mobile Message workflow, so a text can be sent while the experience is still recent.

Through Zapier, Contact Created or Updated can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS. You can also create or update a Mobile Message contact when Review Rover receives a new contact, using Create Contact or Update Contact. This gives operators a practical way to keep contact records current and make review outreach more consistent without copying details between systems.

A suitable Zap might send a short request after a contact is created, with a link to your preferred review destination. Another can update a Mobile Message record when contact information changes. Review Rover remains responsible for its own review process, while Mobile Message handles the SMS action. You choose the message, timing, recipient fields, and any filtering in Zapier.
