ResilientX can send a New Issue in UEM or New Issue in TPRM event to Zapier, where Mobile Message sends a plain text alert to the appropriate contact. New Event in UEM and New Event in TPRM can provide similar notification points for teams that need awareness of activity as it occurs.

This connection helps security and risk teams put a direct alert beside their existing ResilientX records. A new third-party issue could notify an owner to begin review, while a UEM event could alert an on-call contact. ResilientX has triggers only, so Mobile Message actions such as Send SMS, Create Contact or Add Contact to List provide the visible outcome. There is no action available here for an inbound SMS to update ResilientX. Configure the filtering and recipient fields in Zapier so only appropriate security information is included in each message.
