A webhook arrives from a website, internal tool, or external service, but someone still needs to notice it and act. Relayhook can report New Relayhook when data is received from an external source. Zapier can pass that event to Mobile Message, turning a selected webhook payload into a plain SMS alert for the person or team responsible.

This is useful for custom processes where a standard app trigger is not available. Mobile Message can Send SMS when Relayhook receives a qualifying event, or Send SMS to List when several people need the same operational notice. If the incoming data contains a permitted mobile number, the workflow can Create Contact in Mobile Message before a later communication process. Use filters to prevent test payloads or irrelevant events from creating messages.

Relayhook also includes Redirect to a Destination, Long Running Request, and Send Webhook Response. Those actions handle webhook processing and responses inside Relayhook. The practical Mobile Message connection is therefore a one-way alert from New Relayhook, with Zapier managing the hand-off and field mapping.
