Yes. When someone replies to a text, Zapier can use that Inbound SMS Received event to create a brand new contact record in RelationCity automatically, so the details from that first reply don't have to be typed in by hand.
Will RelationCity update a contact when their SMS delivery status changes?
Yes, using RelationCity's custom date field action. A Delivery Status Updated event from Mobile Message can log the date directly onto that contact's record in RelationCity, giving the team a timestamp without opening the platform to add it manually.
How do I connect my RelationCity account to Mobile Message?
