Qvara SMS Integration

A Qvara call ends and the next decision may be urgent. A new inbound call can require a return call, while an emergency call may need an immediate alert to a responsible person or team. Qvara's call events can start a Zap that asks Mobile Message to send a plain-text SMS, giving the right people a visible notification without waiting for them to check the phone system.

You can also use Call Hung Up to notify staff that a conversation has ended or to prompt a follow-up task outside Qvara. Mobile Message supports individual SMS, SMS to a list, contact creation and contact updates. A delivery status update from Mobile Message can also start a Zap that uses Qvara's Send a Text Message action, such as sending a Qvara text after Mobile Message confirms a message event.

These are focused workflows, not a phone system replacement or a native two-way link. Calls, recordings, transfers and other Qvara actions remain available for Zaps that begin elsewhere. Setup takes place in Zapier with your Qvara and Mobile Message accounts, so you choose precisely which call event should produce which message.
