Quick Hub SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Quick Hub!

A negative review appears in Quick Hub, and the business needs to respond before the customer feels ignored. Quick Hub's Service Recovery Created trigger can start a Mobile Message SMS to the person or an internal team. New Lead Received and New Quick Chat Message Received can also prompt a text, so important contacts are not left waiting in a campaign or chat queue.

New Contact Added via Lead and New Contact Added via Chatbot can create a Mobile Message contact, while New Lead Received can send a direct follow-up. Quick Hub also reports events such as Email Campaign Scheduled, SMS Campaign Scheduled and New Incoming Message. Those can be useful notifications, but the message should clearly explain whether it is an internal alert or a customer contact.

The connection is built through Zapier and each workflow runs in one direction. It is not a native synchronisation between Quick Hub and Mobile Message. Both accounts are needed, and you should test recipient data, review wording and consent before activating a high-volume workflow.
