Query Vary SMS Integration

A prospect fills out a form late at night with a specific question about your service, and by the time someone on the team opens it the next morning, the chance to answer while they are still interested has already passed. The same happens with leads collected through ads or event sign ups, questions and details pile up faster than anyone can read and reply to them by hand.

Query Vary sits in the middle of a Zap and processes that raw text, generating an answer using the AI model your team has trained it on. Connected to Mobile Message, that generated answer does not just sit in a spreadsheet. It can be sent straight out as a text message, so the reply reaches the person while the form submission is still fresh in their mind.

Built through Zapier, this pairs Query Vary's Process Text action with a trigger from wherever the question originally came from, a Google Form, a Typeform entry or a Facebook lead ad, and finishes with Mobile Message sending the SMS. Nobody has to read the submission, draft a reply and copy a phone number across by hand. The text goes out on its own the moment the form is processed.
