An AI result is ready, but the person who needs it may not be watching promptmate.io at that moment. Promptmate.io provides a New App Result event, giving Zapier a clear point at which to send the outcome to Mobile Message. The SMS can alert a customer, colleague or operator that the result is available and include the useful text returned by the app.

You can also create a Mobile Message contact from a result when suitable contact details are part of the data. If an inbound SMS contains a request that should be processed by an AI app, Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received can trigger Run Promptmate App. This lets a text start a defined promptmate.io run, with the incoming message mapped into the run's input.

Each direction is a separate Zap configured through Zapier. The connection does not provide a native shared workspace or automatic synchronisation between AI results and SMS records. Choose the trigger, map the prompt or result fields and test the plain text message before making the workflow live.
