- Add to Campaign — Add a contact to a Project Broadcast campaign. Your campaign name must be exactly the same as it appears in Project Broadcast
- Apply Keyword — Apply Keyword To Project Broadcast Contact. Your keyword should already be created in Project Broadcast.
- Create Contact — Creates a new Project Broadcast contact. If the contact possibly exists, you will need to use the Find Contact action which will search for the contact and create one if it is not found.
- Send Message — Send Message To Project Broadcast Contact. The message will originate from your Project Broadcast Number and will show in your Project Broadcast Chat.
- Update Contact — Update Contact in Project Broadcast. The contact needs to already exist for this action.

Yes. An inbound text to your Mobile Message number can trigger Project Broadcast's Create Contact action, so a new contact appears without anyone entering their details by hand.
Can I apply a Project Broadcast keyword based on a text reply?
Yes. When a customer texts your Mobile Message number, the Zap can run Project Broadcast's Apply Keyword action against their contact record, provided the keyword already exists in Project Broadcast.
How do I set up Mobile Message alongside Project Broadcast?
You need a Mobile Message account and a Project Broadcast account, connected through Zapier. No coding is required. You pick Inbound SMS Received or Delivery Status Updated as the trigger and choose which Project Broadcast action should run.
