About the Potion integration
Through Zapier, Potion’s Video Events and Video Status triggers can start Mobile Message actions. A CTA click can alert a sales representative, and a processed dynamic video can notify a content manager that the asset is ready. Potion’s Add Name action can also be started by Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received when the incoming fields suit the action. This does not send video through SMS or create a continuous data exchange.
The connection is useful for teams that want a selected video signal to prompt a human response. Each Zap runs in one direction through Zapier, and the message should use only the contact details and event information available in the chosen trigger.
