Pollen SMS Integration

A new profile is created in Pollen just as a campaign or customer conversation is getting underway. The profile may need a welcome message, an internal handoff, or a prompt for the next marketing task. Pollen can send that event through Zapier to Mobile Message, where an SMS reaches the person or team who needs to act.

Use New Profile with Send SMS to deliver a personalised first message based on the profile information available from Pollen. Send SMS to List can notify a campaign group when a new profile needs review. If Mobile Message should hold a separate contact record, Create Contact can create it from the same Pollen event, provided a suitable mobile number and required fields are available.

Pollen also offers Create Profile. A Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received trigger can start that action when a text supplies the information needed to create a profile. This should be used with clear rules for consent, identity, and required fields. The workflow is one-directional for each Zap, not an ongoing two-way profile sync.

The connection suits teams that distribute content across social, email, and text but want a direct operational step when profiles appear. Pollen remains the source of profile activity, while Mobile Message provides selected SMS actions and inbound events.
