PassKit Event Tickets SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with PassKit Event Tickets!
A ticket update can also trigger a message when information changes. If a ticket is issued by event or date, the SMS can use the details made available by PassKit. You can choose whether the message goes to the ticket holder or an event coordinator, and you can include a pass URL when that value is available to the Zap.
Mobile Message connects with PassKit Event Tickets through Zapier. Each automation uses one PassKit trigger and one Mobile Message action. PassKit actions such as validating or redeeming tickets remain useful in their own workflows, but they do not automatically create an SMS unless a PassKit event starts the Zap.
A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration.

- Validate Ticket — Validates an existing Ticket. Use this endpoint when you want to check validity of a ticket. Tickets can be validated multiple times. Requires ticket.id to be set, or ticket.ticketNumber + ticket.event.production.id to be set.

Yes. New Ticket Issued can trigger Mobile Message's Send SMS action. Use the ticket and holder details available from PassKit to send event information or a message confirming the issue.
Can an installed wallet ticket trigger an SMS?
Yes. Ticket Installed can start a Zap that sends an SMS through Mobile Message. The message can remind the holder about the event or explain what to do next.
