Teams handling audio, videos, PDFs and web pages can spend hours waiting for useful summaries to be prepared. ParsePrompt can process data with a selected template, then its Get Processed Response trigger can start a Zap. Mobile Message can send an SMS when the processed response is ready, so the person waiting for the result receives a direct notice.

This is useful for internal review, content production and customer follow-up. The message can identify the source, state that processing is complete and point the recipient towards the next step using the fields available in the Zap. ParsePrompt remains responsible for extracting or summarising the content, while Mobile Message handles the notification.

The setup takes place in Zapier. You choose whether ParsePrompt’s processed response starts the SMS or whether another workflow uses Process Data before a later step. The connection does not send the source file through SMS and does not create a shared record between the platforms.
