OSOS SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with OSOS!
Use the event to send an SMS to a customer, staff member or other approved recipient when the event contains a suitable phone number. You can also create a Mobile Message contact from the event or add that contact to a list for a defined communication group. OSOS's Create Event action is designed to fire a Zapier event back into OSOS, so it may also be useful as part of a wider workflow started by an inbound Mobile Message SMS. Configure that path only when the event data and recipient are clear. The connection does not automatically synchronise OSOS records with Mobile Message.
Keep each SMS specific to the event that occurred, test the fields with sample data, and make sure recipients have agreed to receive the message.

Yes. New Event can start Mobile Message's Send SMS action. Map the recipient and event details into the text, then use Zapier filters or paths if only particular OSOS events should produce a message.
Can an inbound SMS create an event in OSOS?
Yes. Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can start OSOS's Create Event action. The workflow can pass the sender and message content into the event fields available in OSOS.
How do I connect OSOS and Mobile Message?
