Orimon provides the New Lead trigger when a sales lead is received through an Orimon.ai chatbot. Mobile Message can send an SMS, create a contact or add a contact to a list from that event. You can use the available lead fields to identify the visitor, notify a team member or place the person into a suitable SMS audience for a later communication plan.

The Orimon Send Message action is separate from the Mobile Message workflow and does not create a two-way chat connection here. Build the automation in Zapier by selecting New Lead and the Mobile Message result that suits your process. The connection is one-directional, and it does not keep Orimon and Mobile Message records synchronised. Both accounts are required, and no custom code is needed.
