PPC operators often spot an account problem in Opteo while a budget change or recommendation still needs to reach a client or colleague. The manual chase can delay action, especially when several advertising accounts are being reviewed. Opteo can start a Zap when a new linked account appears or when an account budget is updated.

Through Zapier, those events can trigger Mobile Message’s Send SMS, Send SMS to List, Create Contact or Add Contact to List actions. For example, a budget update can send a concise notification to the person responsible for the account. A new linked account can create a Mobile Message contact before future campaign notices are sent. The fields available in Opteo determine which account name, budget or recipient details can be mapped.

Mobile Message can also start Opteo’s Run Agent action when an inbound SMS is received. A text from an authorised number could begin an Opteo agent run, with the result handled by the rest of the Zap. This is a one-directional Zapier workflow, not a live account synchronisation. Test the account mapping and message rules before using it for operational alerts.
