The connection gives operational teams a clear way to turn an On2Air condition into a visible SMS alert. A trigger might notify a coordinator that a record needs attention, or create a contact in Mobile Message for an agreed follow-up list. On2Air utilities and On2Air tasks can also be used within a wider Zap where they perform their defined work before Mobile Message acts. Mobile Message is responsible for the text or contact action, and On2Air remains the source of the qualifying event. Because each workflow is configured separately, you can decide which criteria deserve an alert, what information belongs in the message and which Mobile Message list should receive a new contact.
