Use Zapier to alert a compliance manager when NorthGRC creates a new incident, notify an owner when a task is created, or tell a team member when a vendor or asset is added. An updated incident or task can also send a follow-up notification when a change needs attention. NorthGRC’s actions include Create Task, Create Incident, Create Vendor, and Create Asset. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can start one of those actions when an incoming text is the agreed instruction to record a compliance item. Each automation is deliberately one-directional, with one event starting one action.
