Can Namsor personalise a text message with someone's first name?

Yes. Its split full name action separates a full name into first and last name, and when it is placed before Mobile Message in a Zap, the resulting text can greet the person by their first name instead of using their full name or a generic line.

Does Namsor send the SMS itself?

No. Namsor only processes the name data, so it needs a trigger from another app such as a form or entry, and Mobile Message sends the actual text once Namsor has finished working out the details in the middle of the Zap.

What do I need to link Namsor with Mobile Message through Zapier?
