MRPLN SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with MRPLN!
This removes a simple manual chase for marketing teams planning campaigns and customer communications. A new customer could receive an approved message from Mobile Message, while the same event could create a contact for later segmentation. If the customer is already known, adding the contact to a chosen list can make the next campaign easier to manage.
The connection is configured through Zapier and requires both MRPLN and Mobile Message accounts. It is not a native integration and does not create two-way customer synchronisation. Each workflow uses the New Customer trigger and one Mobile Message action, with the fields and message content selected in Zapier.
A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration.
