A new MPU client arrives while your team is preparing documents, appointments and case information. MPU-Manager records the client, but the person may still need confirmation that their details have been received. New Client can start a Zap that sends a Mobile Message SMS, giving the client a clear first response without requiring staff to copy information into a phone.

This is useful for professional preparation teams that want consistent communication after a client is created. The message can confirm the next step, provide a contact route or explain when the team will follow up. Mobile Message's Create Contact action can also place a new client into your messaging records for later communication.

List Team Members is available as another MPU-Manager trigger, but it describes selecting a team member during client creation, not a completed customer event. New Client is therefore the stronger starting point. The workflow passes selected fields through Zapier and does not synchronise the platforms.
