This suits businesses that use Memento Database for jobs, stock, inspections, contacts or other structured records. An Entry Created event can alert a team member that a new record needs review. A changed field can send a notice when a status, date or responsibility changes. Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received can also trigger Update Entry where the inbound message includes the entry information required by your workflow. The connection runs through Zapier, so you select the Memento event or action, map the fields and test the result. It does not maintain a two-way database sync. Each Zap performs one defined update, contact action or SMS notification.
