MegaConvert SMS Integration

A customer who submitted a photo, invoice or design file expects to hear the moment it comes back in a new format, not to email in three days later asking if anything happened. Pairing MegaConvert with Mobile Message through Zapier lets that expectation get met on its own, using MegaConvert's conversion tools as the middle step in a text message workflow that starts somewhere else entirely, such as a paid Shopify order, a Typeform submission or a Google Forms entry.

In practice, a Zap can take a file attached to an order or form, run it through MegaConvert's Convert a File action to produce a PDF, image or other format, check on progress with Get Job Status if the job takes a moment to complete, and then have Mobile Message text the customer once the converted result is ready. Nobody logs into a dashboard to see whether a batch of files finished, and nobody manually downloads a result just to reference it in an email that was going out anyway.

Because MegaConvert sits in the middle of the Zap rather than starting or ending it, the text message can simply confirm the requested format is ready, while Mobile Message handles the actual notice landing on the customer's phone. The customer experiences one thing, a timely text, without ever seeing the conversion, the job queue or the file handling behind it.
