A support agent can miss a call notification while handling another customer, leaving an unanswered opportunity with no clear next step. Megacall’s Notify Missed, Notify SMS, Notify Answer and other call events can start Zaps that send a plain text SMS through Mobile Message, so the relevant person receives a timely alert.

Notify Missed can text a team member about a call that needs returning, while Notify SMS can alert staff when a message reaches Megacall. Notify Answer or Notify End can also provide a simple internal call update. In the other direction, Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received can start Megacall’s Create Callback action, giving a customer text a visible task in the CRM. Find Customer and Find Lead are lookup actions, so they are useful only when part of a wider workflow.
