If someone has to watch the platform and send each update separately, a useful notification can arrive late, especially during a busy review period. A focused text can keep the right person informed while the project continues moving.

With Zapier, MediaSilo Legacy can trigger Mobile Message when a new project is created, someone adds a comment or an asset is uploaded and ready. Mobile Message can send an SMS, create a contact or add a contact to a list. This keeps MediaSilo as the place for projects, assets and review activity, while Mobile Message delivers a plain text alert. The workflow is one-directional, so a selected MediaSilo event starts the Mobile Message action rather than creating a general platform sync.

A new project could notify a production contact, while Asset Uploaded and Ready could tell a client that a review milestone has been reached. Map the available phone number and project information in Zapier, then write a short message that directs the recipient to the next approved step. Other MediaSilo events, including New Comment and QuickLink Created, can support different notification rules.
