A subscriber who joins a form or landing page has shown interest while your business may be busy elsewhere. The useful outcome is a prompt welcome message, a clear next step or a confirmation that their details were received. Mailrith provides events for new subscribers, form subscribers and landing page subscribers, so SMS can follow the action that matters.

Through Zapier, a New Form Subscriber event can create a Mobile Message contact and add that person to a list. New Subscriber can send a welcome SMS, while New Unsubscribe can add the same number to Mobile Message's unsubscribe records when the email relationship ends. Tag changes and subscriber updates can also start selected text notifications. This is an event-based connection, not a two-way synchronisation.

Use the Mailrith fields available in each Zap to personalise the message with a name, form or sequence detail. Keep consent and message content appropriate to the recipient. Mobile Message remains responsible for sending and contact actions, while Mailrith continues to manage email subscribers, tags, forms and sequences.
