A customer texts back to confirm an order, but the delivery report on that message comes back failed because the number bounced or the carrier blocked it. Connect Mobile Message to MailDash through Zapier to cover that gap. When Mobile Message's Delivery Status Updated trigger shows a message didn't get through, it fires MailDash's Send Letter action so a physical letter goes out to the same customer instead, carrying the confirmation, offer or reminder that the text was meant to deliver. There's no manual list of bounced numbers to build at the end of the week and no separate mailing run to organise, the failed message becomes the trigger by itself.

For a business that already runs SMS as its main contact method, this turns an undelivered message into a second chance rather than a dead end. The letter arrives days later, but it arrives, and a customer who never sees a text still hears from you through their letterbox. Over a busy sending period, a handful of numbers will always bounce for reasons outside anyone's control, and this simply makes sure those customers aren't quietly dropped from contact altogether.
