Lookify SMS Integration

Lookify's job is filling in that detail before a message ever goes out, adding the extra information a Zap needs to send something worth reading rather than a generic line to everyone on the list.

Inside a multi-step Zap, Lookify sits ahead of Mobile Message, enriching a record with the details that make a text worth personalising, before Mobile Message's Send SMS or Send SMS to List action does the actual sending. The result is a message shaped by information gathered a moment earlier in the same Zap, rather than a blank template sent to every contact regardless of who they are. None of that enrichment reaches the customer directly, and it only shapes what Mobile Message sends next.
