Teams that use LaunchNotes to keep stakeholders informed can add SMS to important product communication. A new announcement can be published in LaunchNotes and immediately passed through Zapier to Mobile Message, giving selected customers or subscribers a direct notification channel. This can complement the project updates already managed in LaunchNotes, particularly when an update matters beyond the inbox.

You can also use Subscription Created to send a welcome text to a new project subscriber, or use Announcement Scheduled to prepare a message workflow around a planned release. Mobile Message can send an SMS to an individual recipient or a list, and can create a contact as part of the process. The LaunchNotes event starts the Zap, and Mobile Message handles the delivery. If your team needs to place a subscriber into a LaunchNotes project after a Mobile Message event, the Create Subscription action is available as a separate Zap direction. This is an event-based connection through Zapier, not a native two-way sync.
